Payment

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

We accept payment via bank transfer and paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex).

Shipping / Delivery

Normal local delivery within Singapore -$1.50 ( we will not be responsible for any loss of packages during transit)

Registered mail within Singapore - $3

For all other deliveries outside of Singapore, please contact us at admin@filamentfashion.com  

Returns and exchanges

For an item to qualify for an exchange, it must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its packaging bag.

Email us at admin@filamentfashion.com within 7 days of purchase, providing the following information:

- order number

- details of item (Name, colour, size)

- details of new item to be sent (Name, colour, size)

We will then reply to you within 2 business days on stock availability.

Depending on the situation, delivery charges may apply for exchanges.

Please note that we will only proceed if the item(s) is purchased directly from us. We will reimburse the postage incurred for defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you. All exchanges will be done via normal mail, additional cost will be incurred for courier request.
